Netherlands: 7 - 16 working days

Belgium: 7 - 16 working days

Other: 10 - 25 working days

Processing times

After placing the order, it takes 3-5 business days to process the order before it is shipped. We do not ship on weekends.  

Unexpected delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors such as international customs clearance and holidays, which are beyond our control, may cause shipping delays. Please contact us if your package is taking too long and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Special additional customs clearance costs/import duties

There is a small possibility that you may be subject to special additional customs clearance fees and taxes, which are levied once your order reaches its destination country. These additional customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer; trenday has no insight into these fees and cannot provide any indication of what they may be. When ordering a product, the customer agrees to pay any duties or fees required by the government or customs.
